Our accommodation was set in a central location very close to an alley which amplifies voices and other noises at night and trains and the Charles Bridge and the Old town square. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Prague 1 district.

The hotel staff are very friendly and cooperative. the location in Prague is incredible, just off a metro station and Praha 1. Nearby V Kolkovne is a great place to chill out. There are lots of food options at breakfast, including croissants and bread.

This is surely the best traditional hotel. Cooperative and fairly friendly staff. - Nice styled rooms. - the location is unbeatable and they have parking nearby. - It's around 10-15 minutes walk from a medieval timepiece. Rewritten: Black Star Suites in Prague is definitely the top choice for a traditional hotel experience. the staff is cooperative and fairly friendly, and the rooms are nicely styled. the unbeatable location comes with convenient nearby parking, and it's just a short 10-15 minute walk from a medieval timepiece.

It was a very nice apartment, right in the center of Prague Old Town, which means an excellent location from everywhere. Very romantic atmosphere in the apartment, which made our stay there just wonderful.

Fantastic, central location and very welcoming staff. The decor of our apartment was simple and charming - probably the nicest place I have ever stayed while on holiday. It was also very spacious.

The service was excellent at this unique and comfortable hotel. the unit was silent, huge, and had a terrace, which was great. - the room had a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. - the location is perfect, close to the Old Town of Prague and within walking distance to Charles Bridge. - the stay was very enjoyable, with nothing being too much trouble.

Very friendly and helpful staff made the hotel a great place to stay at. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the location couldn't be better. Highly recommended.
The television wasn't working properly and when we did get it to work we found that the channels were mainly Arabic.

I stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful time. The apt is set right in the middle of a shopping area and 2 min for St Charles Bridge. Staying right above a wine bar is also a plus. The hotel owner is fantastic and wants to accommodate you with anything you need to make your stay in Prague amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to any type of traveler and have already booked the same room for Christmas time.

The hotel is very close to old town and you feel like living in a an apartment rather than staying in a hotel. Room is big enough and comfortable.
You need to remember that you need to pay cash. It is written in booking details, still I didnt like it. There is no dedicated hotel reception, the reception in the next door is helping you, some of them are friendly. However, they do not know too much about the hotel, I had to find wifi problem and resolve it bu myself.

The staff were very friendly and very welcoming. The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, tastefully decorated and just very pleasant to be in - it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast at Hotel Clementin was inexpensive and a very convenient option to fill-up before a day of sight-seeing. There is also a lovely little restaurant at the Black Star which serves great food at very reasonable prices, (but if you are on a modest budget stick to the house wines, they are perfectly good and the other wines are very pricey). All in all this was a perfect place to stay, and I would strongly recvommend it.
There is very little to complain about. There was a very large bath with no actual taps but instead a shower head at tap level, which was a bit odd - it meant that the bath took ages to fill and it was awkward to have a proper shower.

Superb location, right next to Old Town Sq and Karluv most, the building is about 450 yrs old (UNESCO heritage) but has 21st century facilities (including free wifi) the apartment was spacious and clean and the manager, Romana, is simply the best ! She made the impossible possible and did so always with a smile on her face !
The apartment had a small problem with hot water but it was quickly and efficiently dealt with, thanks to Romana. There was not enough natural light in the apartment but its beautiful layout kind of compensated for this.
